We’re looking for an experienced Project Scientist to lead environmental fieldwork, data analysis, and research that supports permitting, compliance, and watershed studies. This position will also be responsible for project management of environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct environmental fieldwork, data collection, and analysis for compliance, permitting, and contamination assessment projects.
- Perform model development, GIS analysis, and literature reviews to support watershed and environmental studies.
- Prepare permit applications, technical reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project tasks, tracking scope, schedule, and budget to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
- Apply scientific judgment to evaluate data, identify discrepancies, and implement innovative solutions.
- Provide consultative value to clients and assist with proposals and technical presentations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: BS in Geology, Environmental Science, Hydrology, or a related field (MS may substitute for 1 year of experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive consulting or related professional experience.
- Licensure: Florida Professional Geologist preferred.
- Other: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
