Sign-On Bonus Opportunities:

· Ford Certified Technician (2–4 yrs. experience): $2,500

· Master Technician (5–8 yrs. experience): $5,000

· Senior Master Technician (8–10+ yrs. experience): $7,500

· UTI Graduates: $1,500
