Summary:
The Network Administrator is responsible to support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to network and other networking systems.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors in Information Technology/IT-related field required
Minimum two to four years experience required
Hands-on experience with common networking enterprise software and hardware required
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and networking technologies required
Experience in IT at a financial institution is preferred
Industry certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Networking +, or Cisco CCNA)
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance current networking security integrity
Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, and network-related software programs
Setup and administer wireless networking equipment and VPN environments
Scope, research, and implement hardware solutions
Establish, maintain, and support critical infrastructure:
IP Assignment/subnet ownership
Switch L2/L3 configuration
Firewall configuration/maintenance
Network Wiring/cable runs
System Connectivity
Monitor and troubleshoot networking and critical systems related problems
Access control responsibilities including user provisioning and removal.
Document and maintain processes, procedures, and tasks
Adheres to the Information Technology/Information Security training plan and applicable regulations from IETF, FCC, PCI.
Instructs and guides end users on security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned

The good faith range for this position is $31.50 to $37.75 hourly. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
