Now, we’re searching for a COO (Integrator)—a disciplined, execution-minded operator who will take our vision and make it real.

About the Role

As COO, you will be the Integrator to our Visionary CEO. Your mandate: own the financial performance and unit growth of our StretchLab and Anytime Fitness businesses.

You will:

• Drive accountability across all regions, ensuring every leader is aligned and delivering.
  
  

• Oversee multi-unit, multi-regional operations—translating vision into systems, scorecards, and repeatable execution.
  
  

• Lead with discipline and focus, ensuring that priorities don’t just get talked about—they get done.
  
  

• Own the company P&Ls, ensuring profitable growth, healthy margins, and scalable systems.
  
  

• Build and manage a high-performance team of area directors, regional leaders, and specialists.
  
  

• Ensure our member experience is consistent and excellent across all clubs and studios.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fitness Industry Experience – You’ve led in gyms, studios, or boutique fitness. You understand the member journey, the KPIs, and the culture.
  
  

• Multi-Unit Leadership – You’ve overseen 10+ locations across multiple regions. You know what it takes to scale.
  
  

• Proven P&L Ownership – You’ve had direct responsibility for revenue, expenses, and EBITDA—and delivered growth.
  
  

• Integrator Mindset – You thrive on systems, accountability, and operational excellence.
  
  

• Values Alignment – You live proactive ownership, accountability, collaboration, solutions, growth, and work ethic.
  
  

Compensation

• Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
  
  

• Performance Incentives: Up to 50% over base, tied directly to results in growth and profitability.
