We’re looking for an HR Generalist – Talent to help us find, welcome, and support the people who bring our work to life.

This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and focuses on building a great candidate experience while supporting the employee lifecycle. What You’ll Do

  • Recruiting & Talent Pipeline
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and interviewing for multiple departments.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and partnerships.
    • Partner with managers and stakeholders to align hiring with business needs.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Ensure a positive and professional experience for every applicant.
    • Leverage analytics and eNPS feedback to evolve and improve recruiting processes.
    • Coordinate interviews and communications to keep candidates engaged and informed.
  • Compliance & Systems
    • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS); ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
    • Stay current on hiring practices and labor law compliance, ensuring processes meet federal, state, and local requirements.
    • Conduct annual reviews of job postings to align with updated job descriptions and hiring needs.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support
    • Collaborate with the HR Manager and Learning & Development Specialist to support best-in-class onboarding and orientation.
    • Assist with employee engagement and recognition programs.
    • Contribute to HR operations as needed, including reporting, benefits support, and cultural initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of HR or recruiting experience, with direct involvement in screening and interviewing for various stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS); ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred, but a proven track record and passion for talent are just as important.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by helping people succeed.
