About the Position
The company is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the financial architect of its future. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, driving operational efficiency, and enabling bold growth initiatives across an expanding network of offices and markets.
This is more than a traditional finance role—it’s an opportunity to partner with the CEO and executive team to influence capital planning, protect liquidity, optimize financial performance, and deliver the data-driven insights that inform smart, strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on financial leader, capable of navigating complex business challenges while positioning the company for sustained success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth in both established and emerging markets.
- Guide capital planning and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver clear financial insight to the executive team to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
- Oversee risk management, internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing financial analysis that drives performance.
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Evaluate and implement systems, processes, and technologies that enhance financial visibility and scalability.
- Represent the company in key relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/executive role.
- CPA certification is desirable.
- Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of leading finance functions in complex, growth-oriented organizations.
- Adept at navigating change and scaling finance functions in a multi-location or multi-entity environment.
