Position Summary:
The Commercial Manager Transportation is responsible for leading the sales organization to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships for our transportation markets including automotive masterbatch, PVC and TPE compounds. As a key commercial leader, the Commercial Manager translates business strategy into actionable, measurable sales outcomes. This role ensures alignment across teams, develops high-performing sales professionals, and maintains focus on delivering results in a competitive market environment.
Position Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or sales leadership certifications preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in sales management role.
Experience leading teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer service in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience in masterbatch, plastic resins, custom compounds, or related products required
Experience in transportation markets including Automotive masterbatch, PVC and TPE required
