We’re looking for caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Here, you’ll do more than provide care — you’ll make a difference in the lives of residents and their families.

Position Details

• Schedule: Night Shift (32 hrs/week) 10:30pm to 6:30am

• Weekends: None!

• Pay: $22.70 – $24.55/hour

• Shift Differentials: +$3 evenings, +$1 nights, +$1.25 weekends

What You’ll Do

As a CNA at Fairmount, you’ll play an important role in helping residents live with dignity and comfort. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as eating, bathing, mobility, and positioning

• Reporting changes in condition promptly to the charge nurse

• Taking vital signs, weights, and recording intake/output accurately

• Ensuring residents are clean, comfortable, and well cared for

• Supporting Fairmount’s mission and core values in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (or in process of obtaining certification)

• A genuine heart for older adults and sensitivity to their needs
