About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profit for the company by developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies are aligned with the company's overall goals. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Experience with multiple revenue management systems
  • Experience in managing a team of revenue management professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profit
  • Analyze market trends and adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that revenue management strategies are aligned with overall company goals
  • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and strategies
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on revenue performance and trends

Skills:

As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management. Proficiency in revenue management software and tools is essential to success in this role. Additionally, experience with multiple revenue management systems and managing a team of revenue management professionals is preferred.
