Primary Responsibilities:

  • The scope of this position's activities includes professional and management development, psychological and selection services, and succession planning.
  • Will work to improve leadership use of management resources by developing strategies and tools to assist them through a leadership program.
  • Forecasts organizational and functional requirements.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of corporate training initiatives and succession planning.
  • Manages talent development as well as employee relations/engagement team.

Knowledge and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in organizational development or human resources.
  • 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Previous succession planning implementation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
  • Skilled in leading and managing change within an organization.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
