Primary Responsibilities:
- The scope of this position's activities includes professional and management development, psychological and selection services, and succession planning.
- Will work to improve leadership use of management resources by developing strategies and tools to assist them through a leadership program.
- Forecasts organizational and functional requirements.
- Responsible for planning and execution of corporate training initiatives and succession planning.
- Manages talent development as well as employee relations/engagement team.
Knowledge and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in organizational development or human resources.
- 3 years in a managerial role.
- Previous succession planning implementation.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
- Skilled in leading and managing change within an organization.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
