The IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance on computer systems in a quick and friendly manner. The Technician will respond to queries on basic technical issues, offer resolutions, provide remote and hands-on troubleshooting, and advise on appropriate actions. 

Requirements

·Serve as the first point of contact for our retail stores and corporate employees who are seeking technical assistance via the   phone, help desk interface, or in person.

· Opening and closing support tickets

· Perform remote troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.

· Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.

· Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service

· Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support

· Imaging and configuring new laptops, desktops, point-of-sale systems, and mobile devices.

· Monthly rotating after-hour support.

· Provide accurate information on IT products and services.

· Document events, problems, and their resolution

· Follow-up and update user status and information

· Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.

· Some travel

Requirements

· Previous working experience as an IT Support Technician for at least 2 years. 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac Operating systems. Must be able to install and configure computer operating systems, hardware, and software, configure and troubleshoot TCP IP, and install and troubleshoot printers.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

$60,000-$80,000 salary
