We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Mini-Split Installer to join our team. The installer will be responsible for the layout and installation of ductless mini-split HVAC systems in commercial settings. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on job sites while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, mount, and secure ductless mini-split HVAC systems in commercial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
- Run refrigerant lines, drain lines, and mount air handlers and condensers.
- Perform pressure testing and evacuation of refrigerant systems.
- Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably with ductless mini-split systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation practices.
- Ability to read blueprintsand technical manuals.
- Experience working in commercial construction environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
