Paradigm Health is expanding rapidly throughout Indiana and we are opening several new positions. Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Full-Time Hospice RN On-Call position.

Work Location:

-Huntington, North Manchester, Wabash, South Fort Wayne and surrounding communities

-Shift Friday 5:00 pm - Monday 8:00 am every Weekend

Requirements

Experience:

One year Hospice experience preferred,

Credentials:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Indiana
• Proof of current classroom CPR certification
• Hepatitis profile and TB vaccination record
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
