Job Summary

Psomagen, Inc. is a leading multi-omics service provider specialized in MOS, Sanger, single-cell sequencing services to support life science research and industry field in North America. Psomagen, Inc is looking for a Genomic Research Services Manager. This position will be based in the Psomagen office in Rockville, Maryland (on-site).

Responsibilities

• Function as an expert source in genomic (DNA & RNA) sequencing and analysis; Use scientific knowledge to promote business development & sales discussion for clinical genomics laboratory services
• Supervise the work of lab associates and technicians working on genetics research projects; Provide in-depth technical oversight and tactical technical leadership for the genomic sequencing services and other molecular biology techniques for application in genomics
• Plan genomic and biological research related to genomic sequencing services product management; Lead and support technical discussion to promote genomic sequencing services
• Research technical solutions in the bioscience field and provide solutions for a customer’s needs in genomic sequencing services
• Lead the execution of marketing programs for genomic sequencing services and other clinical laboratory services, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.

Minimum Requirement

Master’s degree in biology or chemistry and 2 years of post-graduate experience in the offered position or technical support supervisor
