Maintain machine and equipment capability and calibration.
Manage Maintenance Work Order system and assign/complete work orders.
Perform all facility maintenance (power, water, air, materials, etc.).
Requestion tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
Conduct safety walk through monthly with management team.
Monitor Predictive and Preventative maintenance system and schedule.
Conduct Lock out/Tag out, Crane, Confined Space, and Scissor lift training.
Maintain all aspects of building and grounds maintenance where applicable.
Plan, develop, and implement new continuous improvement activities for operations.
Review production, quality, and maintenance reports to plan and modify maintenance activities.
Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
Review new product plans for equipment needs and modifications. Ability to generate purchase orders, as needed.
Actively participate in leadership team and support continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in safety reviews. Maintain company vehicles, including powered industrial trucks.
Send out RFQs, as required.
Initiate and participate, as needed, in internal problem solving/improvement activities.
