Position Objective:
Assist the team in daily operations of the department as needed, while following outlined procedures and policies with minimal supervision. Process device orders and returns. Maintain materials and warehouse standards for accuracy and efficiency. Ensure review of all products prior to shipment utilizing the 7 R's of logistics: (Right product, in the Right quantity in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price.) Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure company goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping Responsibilities
- Quality review of all Medical device orders prior to shipment.
- Assist/Support with all extraneous departmental shipping needs.
- Maintain materials/supplies needed for distribution of Finished Goods.
- Proficient with Domestics orders while becoming knowledgeable with International orders.
- Use and navigate systems and applications used by Shipping (SAP, Microsoft, MAX (etc.).
- Communicate with carriers as needed to resolve shipping obstacles.
- Utilize approved portal/platform to book/route product to destination.
- Support Receiving tasks.
- Receiving Responsibilities
- Verify and receive product per procedure into SAP/MAX. (MLN, Shelf Life, Label,etc ... )
- Receive and stock medical devices and other ambient products into finished goods inventory per Quality procedure.
- Ensure all incoming material is labeled appropriately per procedure.
- Transfer product between storage areas/buildings as needed.
- Maintain RMA procedures and materials.
- Support Shipping tasks.
- Quality Assurances
- Support with On-Call rotation as needed.
- Run routine reports in SAP
- Ensure department has adequate supplies for daily distribution of product.
- Fully proficient with (FedEx/UPS) shipments for other Artivion departments.
- Willingness to assist in all team aspects.
- Capability to maintain performance with minimal supervision at times.
- Maintain ethics, integrity, and standards in all tasks.

- Take calls for the department
- Perform all housekeeping tasks.
- Support internal/external customers.
- Assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Assist with FDA compliance/audit investigations.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School diploma, some collegiate education preferred
- 0-2 Years experience in Logistics/Inventory or other relevant experience
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suites, SAP, FedEx Ship Manager)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed and organized
- Ability to lift 70lbs several times a day
