Plan, coordinate and administer activities within assigned program areas, develop, coordinate and advise on policy related to assigned major programs.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to physicians, assist in various office needs, and manage general administrative activities.  
     
  • Make operational and programmatic decisions that have a significant impact on the successful achievement of program strategies and objectives.
     
  • Plan, coordinate and administer activities of assigned programs to include developing and implementing procedures, processes, services and systems.
     
  • Coordinate, departmental events and other related programs develop and coordinate new ideas and concepts for program themes, materials and resources to supplement, expand or replace existing programs components. 
     
  • Serve as liaison with other programs, faculty, and academic/healthcare departments.  Interface with external organizations to ensure efforts are enhanced and available resources are utilized. 
     
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree preferred. 
  • A minimum of two years experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
