The Tubing Arrivals Supervisor has an excellent sense of humor, can handle difficult situations with a calm caring manner and knows what it takes to go “above and beyond” for our guests. This position provides top-level customer service with guests face to face. Responsible for providing leadership to our check-in agents and facilitating a welcoming arrival to our guests.
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.
Responsibilities:Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Help with daily setup and closing of the welcome center.
- Setup and closing of outdoor area around building depending on shift time.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale system for both check-in and food & beverage (Training Available)
- Receive payment by credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds or credits due to customers.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
- Greet customers entering the Tubing Park.
What we are looking for:
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Position requires Candidate to be over the age of 18.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $26.70 to 28.65/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2-year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
