About Us:

Since our inception in Gainesville, FL, in 1998, O2B Kids has grown to have numerous locations across Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Alabama, and many more states! We believe in fostering a fun and supportive environment for our staff and children alike.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the monitoring and evaluation of licensing requirements across all O2B locations
• Support the development and implementation of compliance procedures
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents and related transactional documents
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and licensing standards
• Act as a friendly liaison between regulatory bodies and O2B Kids
• Prepare regulatory filings in support of new acqusitions
• Support the acquisition closing process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licensing and compliance
• Have fun!

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of early childhood licensing regulations (preferred)
• Experience in compliance or regulatory roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and support our team in achieving compliance goals
