Under the supervision of the Maintenance Technician team, assist in maintenance of the company’s aircrafts and aviation facilities. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and cleaned. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, the Flight Operations Manual, all state, federal and country laws and regulations, wherein the company operates and flies. The hourly pay is 25.00 an hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Maintenance Technician team with all maintenance, including preventive maintenance - Inspection, adjustment, cleaning, replacement, etc.
• Acquire necessary knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and self-study to perform repetitive maintenance repairs on aircraft.
• Document work performed in compliance with appropriate manuals including but not limited to Maintenance Manual (MM), Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM), General Operating Procedures (GOPs) and Structure Repair Manual (SRM).
• Comply with all environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, repairs and modifications of aircraft systems and/or components.
• Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g. emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).
• Run errands, purchase supplies for office and aircraft, picking up, returning rental cars etc.
• Assist with maintaining and upkeep of all building facilities, tools and equipment.
• Assist flight crew and flight attendants with preparations for flight as well as after flight.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Must be able to squat, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop frequently in confined spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 85 pounds unassisted
• Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels
• Must have excellent communication and people skills; clearly write, read, and speak the English language
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
• Must have a current and active Airframe & Powerplant (“A&P”) Certification
• Must have a current and valid Driver’s License
• Must have a current and valid passport or be able to obtain one upon hire
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Airport Badge
• Minimum of 1 year of material handling experience
