The Guest Services Specialist will be a key part of our team at Galleria Dallas, a premier mixed-use shopping and entertainment destination. With over 200 retailers and restaurants, the Galleria is a vibrant hub for the community and a top destination for visitors.
Overview: A dynamic and detail-oriented Guest Services Specialist at Galleria Dallas is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and acting as a knowledgeable resource for all visitors. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to making guests feel welcome.
Job Type: Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Permanent Position
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests with a welcoming smile and enthusiasm, stay attentive with guests throughout the process, and be prepared to provide immediate assistance. This also includes walking guests to their destinations, assisting with complimentary strollers and wheelchairs, and providing accurate directions to guests.
- Events & Administration: Assist with VIP events and coordinate party room bookings, including setup and hosting. Maintain a strong competence in computer operating systems, including our internal software program, and enter all details electronically, confirming with guests.
- Operations & Logistics: Deliver guest purchases to designated pickup points and handle luggage and baggage storage.
