Direct Care & Senior Direct Care Hiring Event bei Center for Human Development (CHD)

Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 10am-1pm.

We are excited to share we are opening a new Intensive Treatment Residential (ITR) program that will be located in West Springfield, MA. The program is slated to open in November of 2025. This program provides long term support for male adolescents (5-13 years of age). In this program, the population served will receive housing, therapeutic, emotional, and educational support with a goal to develop healthy and fulfilling relationships that will solidify skills and apply them to real world settings. 

We are seeking Direct Care Staff (Full time, part time and per diem) and Full time Senior Direct Care Staff (MAP certified a bonus). 

Program Location: West Springfield, MA.  

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a valid driver's license (all drivers under the age of 21 must have 3 years of driving history)
• Those holding CPR/First Aid and MAP certification a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a High School diploma with equivalent experience working with youth and their families and in community child welfare and mental health programming.
