Responsibilities:

Installs, upgrades, troubleshoots and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security and software.

Collaborates with end users to fulfill hardware and software needs in a timely and efficient manner. 
Stays current in latest technology, as it relates to assigned job duties.

Oversees hardware logistics and deployment for new clinic openings, relocations, and closures, as needed.

Supports specialized projects by coordinating hardware solutions aligned with organizational initiatives.

Analize new computer equipment for deployment with the Healthsystem standards. Loads specified software packages such as operating systems, word processing or spreadsheet programs and load sets onto computer.

Accurate completion of documentation of work performed in accordance with NTS/client documentation policies.

Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responds to the needs and questions of clients concerning their computer-related equipment.

Qualifications:

Associate degree, Military Service, and/or 2-3 yrs. exp./training In Information Technology.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical manuals and instructions with understanding of concrete and abstract variables.

Mathematical skills required with ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations.

Must have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and present information in a clear technical manner.

Strong Customer Service and Mechanical Reasoning skills.
