Program Statement:

The Driver will work with the Outpatient Services program and drive throughout the Cuyahoga County region to transport clients to and from the program sites to appointments and to access resources at either Parma or Cleveland.  The driver will maintain order among passengers. This staff will also assist client(s) in transferring to and from the client(s) home which includes helping the client into and coming out of the vehicle; assisting the client to and from the trip destination point as
necessary to assure that client(s) safely reach their destination. This staff will participate in planning of field trips, special events, therapeutic group activities by determining best route and planning in general with the program staff and leadership. The driver will maintain vehicle logs and comply with reporting procedures. The staff will service the vehicle as required with gas, oil and coolant and perform other preventative maintenance tasks as required to maintain vehicle according to manufacturer's specifications. Staff will Clean and wash vehicle as necessary, inside and out.
