II. Job Summary:
The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, inventory control, and team supervision. This role ensures efficient execution of warehouse tasks in alignment with customer and company requirements, supports safety and 5S initiatives, leads inventory accuracy efforts, and facilitates training for new team members.
 
III. Job Functions and Duties
 
NO.Representative Duties
1Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory control.
2Coordinate order fulfillment, loading, and dispatch based on customer and production requirements.
3Monitor sorting and handling processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.
4Ensure proper implementation of 5S, environmental, and fire safety practices within the warehouse area.
5Identify and address issues related to inventory discrepancies, product damage, and storage control; develop and monitor corrective actions.
6Manage timely inbound and outbound logistics to prevent delivery delays and minimize excess freight costs.
7Develop and implement inventory cycle count plans, including scheduling, task assignments, and verification methods; track and analyze results.
8Support the training and onboarding of new warehouse employees to ensure knowledge and skill development.
9Other duties as assigned

IⅤ. Qualification
Job RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Experience1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
EducationHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods.  
 Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.
Other Requirements MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
 REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of  variables.
 COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.

Training Requiredwith glass production technology training, field management, logistics management theory;
Yellow Belt Training
V. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.

 -China container receiving accuracy
 -Finished goods handover accuracy
