Medical Interpreter/Translator
Location: Keystone Family Medicine – Fifth Avenue
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
The Medical Interpreter/Translator provides both written and verbal English/Spanish interpretation and translation to ensure Spanish-speaking patients receive seamless, compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate English/Spanish interpretation during patient visits
- Translate written documents and patient information as needed
- Assist with scheduling, billing, and patient follow-ups
- Update and maintain patient charts
- Support providers with interpretation needs in clinical and office settings
- Perform general office duties (filing, phones, copying, scanning, etc.)
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Prior medical interpreting experience preferred
- Healthcare office setting experience and comfort using telephones computers, and other equipment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
