The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation within our Power Division. You will provide administrative support to the operations team, handling tasks that contribute to operational productivity.
Responsibilities:• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data.
• Perform data entry and maintain databases.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:Skills Required:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
• Good computer skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
