Duties
Analyzes and evaluates cyber operations forces training objectives, training effectiveness, training efficiency, and supports command training projects and programs to meet command readiness requirements,Provides authoritative guidance, advice, and policy interpretation to program managers concerning management advisory services and their impact on joint training issues while dealing with difficult, complex, and often controversial issues,Develops long-range plans for the acquisition and implementation of resources essential to support the directorate’s joint force training mission and operations.,Develops new procedures that furnish information concerning gaps in training and/or readiness.,Promotes interchange of information on requirements, capabilities, deficiencies, and applications to support achievement of training and readiness objectives.,Provides expert functional support and advice in response to higher echelon queries on such areas as operational effects of alternative funding lines or reprogramming of previously approved resources.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1) analyzing cyber operations training objectives and/or effectiveness to meet the agency's readiness requirements; 2) interpreting guidance and/or policy to advise managers on the impact to training issues; 3) Implementing acquisition plans for resources needed to assist with the agency's training operations.

If you are a current federal career/career-conditional employee, you will be placed on an excepted appointment. Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. Direct Deposit of Pay is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance. Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees. This is a(n) Training, capabilities, and Doctrine Warfighting Developers Career Field position. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances may be authorized, subject to the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations and an agency determination that a PCS move is in the Government Interest. Advance in-hire and advanced leave accrual may be authorized. Relocation/Recruitment incentive MAY BE authorized to highly qualified candidate.
