Under the general supervision of the instruction department managers, the Instruction Program Assistant will perform varied tasks to support the day-to-day operations of key district programs within the instruction department; multilingual learner programs, teacher induction, certificated evaluation and instructional coaching, and certificated professional learning. This includes assisting with professional learning events, data entry and record management, producing written and oral communications, coordination of meetings and training sessions, and other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient program operations. Qualifications-Education/Training Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by coursework in office systems and administration.
- Two years of experience in an educational setting or clerical position.
- Bilingual and literate in Spanish, preferred.
