Under the direction of the Assistant Principal of Arts, the Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of house operations at CSArts-SGV, in collaboration with the Production Manager. This position ensures a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for all patrons, from arrival through departure. Key responsibilities include training and supervising volunteers in ushering, concessions, merchandise sales, and box office support. The Front of House Manager works closely with production staff to coordinate event logistics, maintain the cleanliness and preparedness of public areas, and manage audience movement, including late seating and intermissions. The role also involves addressing ticketing concerns, enforcing venue capacity and safety protocols, and serving as the lead in emergency situations to ensure patron safety and compliance with regulations.
