Clinic Hours (hours and days are flexible) 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday:

• Sidney, MT:

  • Mon: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Wed: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Fri: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Watford City, ND:

  • Tue: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Thu: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Fri: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Your work will be focused on comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management.

What You'll Bring

• A passion for promoting health and preventing disease.

• The ability to see patients ages 2 and up.

• Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.

• A current state license (in ND and/or MT) and DEA.

• The desire to provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
