Bellman

Position Summary:
As a Bellman at Daxton Hotel, you are the first and last impression for our esteemed guests. You will provide a warm welcome, handle luggage, assist with transportation, and offer personalized service that reflects the exceptional standards of a luxury hotel. Your attention to detail, gracious hospitality, and professional demeanor will play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

Assist guests with luggage handling, delivery, and storage.

Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and respond to immediate needs.

Provide directions, hotel information, and recommendations for local attractions.

Coordinate guest transportation needs (taxis, valet, shuttle, etc.).

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand area.

Work closely with the front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping teams.

Respond promptly to guest requests and follow through to ensure satisfaction.

Uphold hotel security protocols, including monitoring and managing luggage storage.

Demonstrate knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
-
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
-
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules (weekends, holidays).

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
