LSH Auto is seeking a dynamic New Car Sales Executive to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping our customers discover their next new vehicle from our impressive lineup.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging customers, assisting them throughout the purchase process, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience that aligns with our high standards. You will be the face of LSH Auto and a key contributor to our thriving sales environment.
**Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Salary:** £25,400 with uncapped OTE potential

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in new car sales.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive buying experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A self-motivated attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A valid UK driving licence.
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Have a passion for cars and a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable and quick to learn about new products and services.
