Promotions Coordinator bei Sony Music Entertainment UK

What you'll do:

• Distribute music, images and e-cards to bookers, producers, presenters and journalists and service videos to TV broadcasters via Promostream and ensuring suitable edits are made. 
• Assist in the co-ordination of press, TV and radio interviews and appearances. 
• Collate print and online cuttings for the publicity team / learning what is appropriate for distribution for each artist / circulating weekly radio and TV playlists / ensuring our radio, TV and press reports are updated.
• Attend gigs and promotional events.
• Be accountable for all general admin including purchase orders, travel booking, magazine and newspaper ordering, vinyl and CD stock control, ticket ordering and distribution.
• The right candidate may also bring some radio plugging contributions, potentially in a specialist area.
• Pitching to DSPs and assisting with DSP playlisting round ups and updates

• Super organised and able to effectively manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities, demonstrated in your experience to date
• You will have a positive attitude and compliment the good energy throughout the team
• You will be reactive and have the ability to adapt and flex as the situation requires
• You will have an interest and understanding of what a promotions team does in general, and more specifically in music
