Requirements

The Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics Practice is seeking an Experienced Pricing & Trade Promotions Consultant to join its team.

·        Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

·        Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

·        Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel

• Industry Expertise: 5–7 years of experience in the consumer goods (CPG) industry, with hands-on exposure to pricing, trade promotions, and commercial strategy.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to shape, sell, and deliver pricing and trade promotion solutions, including client engagement, proposal development, and deal structuring.
• Consulting Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Client Orientation: High emotional intelligence and stakeholder empathy, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and drive consensus in cross-functional environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and R for data analysis, modelling, and automation of pricing and promotion workflows. Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Education & Communication: Holds a Master’s degree from a reputed institution. Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and present insights effectively.

• Location & Eligibility: Based in the UK or Netherlands, with a willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
