- Senior
At the Finanzen.net Group, we’re shaping the future of digital finance. Our group includes three fast-moving companies – Finanzen.net, Finanzen.net Zero, and TraderFox – each a leader in its space, yet all united by shared technical and product synergies. Together, we reach millions of users with platforms that inform, empower, and inspire smarter financial decisions.
Now, we’re looking for a QA Manager to take our QA practice to the next level: building a world-class testing strategy, introducing cutting-edge QA platforms, and leading a passionate team of testers across our group.
Job Description:What You’ll Do
Shape QA Strategy & Platforms
Define the future of quality: design and implement test strategies that keep our platforms secure, stable, and scalable.
Lead the evolution of test automation frameworks, regression testing, performance testing, and exploratory testing.
Own our QA tooling and infrastructure, making sure test automation is seamlessly integrated into modern CI/CD pipelines.
Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to ensure quality is built in from day one, not bolted on later.
Set group-wide standards while leaving room for innovation within each company.
Lead & Inspire a Distributed Team
Manage and mentor a team of 5–8 talented QA engineers, embedded across different product squads.
Be the team’s advocate and enabler: support their growth, unblock challenges, and create opportunities to shine.
Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Bring people together: drive knowledge-sharing and alignment across the three companies.
Ensure that QA is not just a safety net, but a driver of speed and innovation.
What You Bring
Experience as a QA Manager / QA Lead / Head of QA, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
Deep knowledge of test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA platforms.
Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices: CI/CD, agile development, shift-left testing.
Strong leadership and coaching skills – you love helping people grow and succeed.
Excellent communication: you can speak “QA” with testers, “tech” with engineers, and “outcomes” with executives.
A passion for building high-quality products that users trust.
Why This Role Rocks
Strategic influence: You’ll report directly to the Group CTO and help shape QA across three growing companies.
Impact at scale: Our platforms are used by millions – your work will be seen and felt by real users every day.
Room to innovate: From new automation approaches to better test platforms, you’ll have the freedom to bring in fresh ideas.
Collaborative culture: Independent companies, shared synergies – you get the best of both worlds.
Career growth: This is a high-visibility role with plenty of opportunity to grow into Head of QA or beyond.
