As a Customer Success Field Specialist, you will provide the leadership necessary to manage, support and grow TELUS Agronomy enterprise relationships with new and existing accounts, locations and customers. You will have the primary responsibility of training and fostering adoption of TELUS Agronomy’s enterprise precision software. You will work with targeted organizations to ensure they have a successful onboarding experience and will be their key customer contact, essentially owning the success of your region. You will manage your region from your home office and will travel to our customers within your assigned region to best support them as you drive customer feature adoption and use of our TAC Agronomy toolset.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Agriculture Field Specialist, you will be part of this high-profile portfolio, responsible for:
- Leading and demonstrating the use of TELUS Agronomy's data and technology.
- Identifying training needs and facilitating customer training to increase use of our TELUS Agronomy field software and provide exceptional customer support (in-person and via webinars).
- Contributing to the ongoing development of training materials for the purpose of channel education.
- Developing and documenting feature use-cases for new product development and/or enhancements.
- Identifying, summarizing, and communicating requirements for software solutions.
- Conducting regular touchpoints and planning with key accounts to ensure the software is meeting their needs.
- Fostering the adoption of TELUS Agronomy software and services to new and existing customers.
- Identifying, analyzing and prioritizing enterprise account goals, product opportunities and innovative adoption concepts.
- Providing top tier customer support while recognizing the time sensitive nature of our customers' challenges.
- Advocating for our customer’s technology needs and actioning opportunities.
- Accurately tracking all activities and details in Salesforce.
- Utilizing robust reporting to manage your effectiveness and make the best use of your travel time.
What You Bring
- Enthusiasm for technology/SAAS solutions and the ability to showcase their ability to solve real-world problems
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in an Agricultural related field with the use of a web-based or mobile platform.
- Knowledge of farming practices and equipment.
- General knowledge of the principles and practices of soil fertility, fertilizer recommendations, site-specific agronomy, and GIS systems/GPS technologies.
- A coaching mindset

- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
Great-To-Haves
- Bilingual (French and English) considered an asset
- Precision Ag/TELUS Agronomy Solutions Experience
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in a related field such as Agricultural Business, Plant Science, Agronomy, Farm Management, or Precision Agriculture.
