Responsibilities
As a member of the ILS team, you’ll:
- Spend most of your time working on naval projects, contributing to engineering analyses and modeling.
- Learn and apply military and commercial specifications related to:
- Maintenance planning
- Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
- Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR&M)
- Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Spares modeling and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modeling
- Support Program Managers with customer engagement, presentations, and formal reports.
- Gain exposure to contractual requirements, customer specifications, engineering data, and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education
- A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Technology (or a related discipline).
Experience & Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in an engineering or technical role—co-op or internship experience is welcome!
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Interest in naval engineering, logistics, and systems thinking.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
