Job Description:
We have an opening with us for the position of “Asst. Manager – HR (Payroll Specialist)” for our Pune TCO office at Baner.
India Payroll, Statutory Reporting, HR Operations, SAP Administration, MIS & HR Indicators Reporting, ISMS, Actuarial Audits, Total Rewards Support, Compliance
A. India Payroll processing and Insurance process administration
1. Super user for attendance management system & Statutory Reporting Management System for India.
2. Monthly Payroll Inputs + Payroll Processing for all India locations & sharing subsequent reports to each location
3. Annual insurances renewal at India level for Mediclaim, GPA, Term Life Insurance
4. Existing payroll reporting process trackers and record keeping methods & systems will be revived before finalizing the final rating for this objective"
B. GA India statutory reporting
1. Monthly statutory reporting & payments - CGI, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF sharing challans to finance for payment as per deadlines assigned with zero errors for all India locations.
2. LCR Statutory compliance reporting - Monthly, quarterly, Annual as per LCR guidelines.
3. Existing statutory reporting process trackers and record keeping methods & systems will be revived before finalizing the final rating for this objective"
C. HR Operations
1. (100% service availability with required quality) with better utilization and control of admin third party resources + Admin Agreements Execution + Weekly and Monthly checklist
2. Help business to fulfil all infrastructure requirements – Assessment of existing infrastructure, Reorganization and expansion projects to accommodate new businesses verticals.
3. Support for HR Ops Set up for local events.
D. SAP Administration, MIS & HR Indicators Reporting
1. SAP Hiring & Deletions – Creating & maintaining Employee records in SAP
2. Completing admin entry & exit activities & F&F processing of left employees into local systems.
3. Monthly MIS & HR Indicators Reporting in MRM ppt and in SAP ZHRABM, ZGMI Training hours reporting.
E. TISAX, Safety & Actuarial Audits
Adhere with TISAX, Safety & Actuarial audit requirements. Maintain required infrastructure, process, systems and records to fulfill these audits requirements
F. Support activities Total Rewards
1. Reconciliation of Budgeted figures with SAP & Pay Square Salary Masters.
2. Support is preparing, checking and printing the increment letters and distribution and documentation of the same.
3. Support activities - Manpower Trends/Analysis Reports for Business Presentations.
Qualifications:
Should have MBA (HR) or other relevant educational background.
8+ years of relevant experience in Payroll & Statutory compliance
