Your Tasks
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and managing the organizations remuneration structure and employee benefits to enable the HR head to balance cost controls while attracting and retaining best industry talent.
- Responsible for compensation and benefits programs, reward policies and remuneration practices including the design of new reward initiatives and revising current programs.
- Finding and analyzing remuneration structure and benefits offered by other employees in the industry by conducting formal and informal market surveys, undertaking analysis of the compensation market and proactively sharing insight into compensation trends
- Conducting periodic job evaluations for arriving at internal pay parity w.r.t various jobs in the organization and to work towards effectively managing employee's perception of the same. Support related organization changes
- Lead the core cyclical reward activities including annual salary review and bonus payments.
- Anchoring the performance management process for Regional Office in Dubai.
- Stay updated on Rewards, payroll and benefits and tax regulations in UAE. You ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and reporting requirements.

Your Profile
- MBA - HR with minimum 5+ years of experience in rewards (UAE experience is must).
- You possess strong understanding of rewards principles, tax regulations, and benefits programs.
- You attention to detail is excellent and are able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills complement your profile, as do effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and navigate internationally with confidence.
