INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAREER LADDER

The LAUSD Paraeducator Career Ladder Programs were established to provide opportunities for advancement through career development. The Career Ladder is aligned to the District's Strategic Plan where Pilar 5:  Investing in Staff is a top priority. It is the goal of the Career Ladder to support paraeducators and other classified employees in their pursuit of careers in teaching.
