The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead all aspects of our sales and marketing organization across multiple divisions. This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, building long-term customer relationships, and elevating Prudential’s brand in a highly competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Leadership

o Set the vision, strategy, and execution plans for national sales and marketing programs.

o Define pricing strategy, product portfolio direction, and branding initiatives.

o Oversee the sales performance of all divisions and drive profitable growth.

· Sales Oversight & Customer Engagement

o Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team including two Regional Directors of Sales, Director of Cleanroom Sales, District Sales Managers, National Account Executives, Cleanroom Account Executives and Corporate Sales Representatives.

o Engage in major customer opportunities, RFPs, and contract negotiations.

o Establish best practices in sales process management, performance measurement, and accountability.

· Marketing & Brand Development

o Direct the marketing team in campaigns, branding, digital strategy, tradeshows and lead generation.

o Evaluate customer data, retention strategies, and competitive trends to guide decision-making.

o Represent Prudential in industry associations, including TRSA, ARTA and other relevant organizations.

· Cross-Functional Leadership

o Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, IT, and executive leadership to ensure alignment of company goals.

o Provide monthly reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and market opportunities.

o Drive company-wide initiatives that support growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.

· 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior level role.

· Proven success in leading multi-division, multi-state sales organizations.

· Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated success in revenue growth, customer retention, and brand positioning.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills; ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.

· Experience in the uniform, textile services, or related B2B service industries strongly preferred.

· Frequent travel up to 35%.
