Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the Chef with ordering, inventory, and back stock organization
- Maintain proper produce rotation, storage, and quality standards
- Support and manage cooks, line staff, and deli team respectfully and effectively
- Jump in to help the deli when needed
- Ensure the kitchen follows all ServSafe and sanitation standards
- Contribute to catering and event preparation and execution
- Keep the team focused and efficient with calm, organized leadership
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$23/hr starting pay (based on experience)

- Better Work-Life Balance: Our restaurant operates within the hours of our grocery store, meaning no late-night shifts. The trade-off is that holidays are our busiest time, and we need strong team availability then.

Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of kitchen experience or an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong knife handling and cooking skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective leadership abilities
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift/carry heavy materials
- Flexible full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
