Shift/Schedule: Alternative Work Schedule 3rd shift 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $22.50/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain robotic systems and conveyor equipment on aseptic packaging lines
- Monitor and manage pallet dispensers, slip sheet stock, and related packaging materials
- Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance (AM/PM) on robots, roller beds, and associated systems
- Perform quality checks for label placement, case codes, and packaging standards
- Ensure machines run according to established SOPs, recipes, and critical parameters
- Document production data and machine performance accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with GMP and 5S standards
- Collaborate with the line team for tasks like clearing jams, loading cardboard, and other line support activities
- Train team members on robot operation and create training content (e.g., Redzone videos)
- Use RedZone system to track performance and communicate effectively
- Adhere strictly to safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Direct temporary labor as needed in the robotic zone
- Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives and cross-functional communication
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety policies
- General mechanical aptitude (robotics/conveyors experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with food manufacturing or aseptic environments preferred
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and documentation tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret MSDS sheets and other technical documentation
- Willingness to support team efforts and assist across line operations
- Experience with RedZone, Lockout/Tagout, and GMP practices is a plus
