Description

Christian Family Solutions is a faith-based, religious organization committed to our mission, healing and helping people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ. As more and more people seek help with difficult issues, we want to be the counseling resource they turn to for hope, healing, and peace.

We are seeking a part-time School-Based Therapist for the 2025-2026 school year to provide dual-role services at St. Augustine Preparatory School in Milwaukee, WI. These services are offered through our School Partnership Program. This program is a customized and comprehensive way for schools to assist in meeting the emotional or psychological needs of their students by providing them with convenient, affordable mental health services.

God has blessed us with an incredible privilege of healing and helping people in need. Click here to view a video about us. You’ll see what a privilege it is to call ourselves “Christian” and to reflect Christian love to everyone we serve.

Typical hours for this role are generally 8am and 4pm, 2 days per week during the school year months. Hours will be reduced in summer months, which will be based on client needs and willingness to continue services during summer break. As a part-time employee, you'll be eligible for our 401(k) plan and employer match policy.

What you will be doing
Providing Christian based counseling services at St. Augustine Preparatory School in person or through a secure video connection during telehealth sessions. In this school-based therapist role, you will not only provide clinical therapy, but also work collaboratively with another school-based therapist, school staff, and parents. You’ll be supporting students’ academic, social, emotional and/or behavioral support by creating and assisting with school-based intervention plans.

Quality mental health delivered with integrity is the first commitment we make to our clients. An additional commitment we make is to offer the option of Christian faith principles integrated with a client’s treatment, as needed and desired by the client. Research has proven that such faith-integrated treatment is effective and has longer lasting impact. It is an approach we are committed to delivering, and we train our staff to provide it. You will work in a unique environment where both your professional skills and your faith can grow.

Why work for Christian Family Solutions?
