Overview: 

The Lending Systems Analyst is responsible for administering and supporting loan origination systems (LOS) and related lending platforms. This role focuses on configuring workflows, managing user access, maintaining system integrity, and coordinating with vendors and IT. The Analyst ensures that system configurations align with business needs across various consumer lending products.

What You Will Do: 

• Administer and configure LOS workflows, queues, and user roles to support lending operations. 
• Manage system issue tickets and ensure timely resolution and documentation. 
• Coordinate with vendors and IT to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations. 
• Maintain system documentation, including configuration logs, user access records, and audit trails. 
• Provide end-user support and training for LOS and related systems.
• Participate in testing and validation of system changes, upgrades, and new features. 
• Monitor data flow between LOS and core banking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
• Assist in project execution for lending system initiatives and business plan items.

Requirements

• What We Are Looking For: 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in lending operations or systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience in Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Symitar experience (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and user support skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with consumer lending products, including auto loans, credit cards, mortgages, HELOCs, and personal loans.
• Understanding of loan terms rate structures, servicing processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and workflows.

Pay Grade Info:

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State.  We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:  $32-$39 / hourly
