As the Clerical Receptionist, your primary focus will be providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.

• This Position is Full-Time
• $16.00 Per Hour
• 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday-Friday With Rotating Weekends

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Type and input data
• File paperwork
• Accuracy with attention to detail
• Complete service deposit paperwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual Education is a plus but not required
• Two or more years of experience in customer service
• Cashier experience is a plus but not require
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Be knowledgeable of scanners, fax, and photocopy machines
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
