As a Framer, you'll be at the heart of our custom framing process, assembling high-quality frames that meet exact specifications and exceed customer expectations. From handling materials to final assembly, you'll ensure every piece is crafted with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret work orders to pull correct materials, including glass, plexiglass, joined frames, and other components.
  • Assemble frames according to job specifications with focus on accuracy and finish.
  • Inspect materials and final products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Use tools and equipment safely and effectively (e.g., glass cutters, framing stations). • Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE when handling glass or sharp materials. • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow standard operating procedures. • Communicate production concerns or material issues promptly to supervisors. • Follows all standard operating procedures and safety protocol. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Basic math and measurement skills, including the ability to read a ruler accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic proficiency in completing simple tasks in a company app or tablet related to personnel records and/or timekeeping.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching with hands and arms.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, operating tools, or using machinery.
  • Must be able to lift or move items up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Visual acuity required for detailed inspection and screen-based work.
  • Must be able to hear and respond to safety signals, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions.
  • Verbal communication is required for meetings, team coordination, and safety protocols.
  • Work is performed in a warehouse or production environment with exposure to dust, loud noises, and occasional chemical substances.
  • Primarily an indoor role, with environmental conditions typical of a manufacturing or distribution setting.
