A role you will love

As an Account Management Supervisor II, you will be responsible for managing a portion of the workforce (both exempt and non-exempt), workflow and established processes for the team. You will be responsible for leading training initiatives and establishing the standard for departmental deadlines for direct reports and evaluating their performance. The Account Management Supervisor II will also ensure that the department's accounts are managed and administered to established processes, compliance expectations and standard operating procedures.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Developing, changing, or enhancing processes to be compliant with standard operating procedures and create efficiencies within the group
  • Identifying issues of non-compliance, excessive risk, or items outside standard operating procedures that may need to be escalated to the Account Management Manager for resolution
  • Developing and maintaining trusting working relationships with other team members, clients, other managers and other internal/external parties in order to resolve account issues should they arise
  • Skilled at effectively providing guidance and managing a group of team members and the work assignments of those team members
  • Assisting with the development of tracking and monitoring departmental reports, resolves customer issues and inquiries and ensuring that services and productivity standards are met

     

What will you bring to the role?  

The Account Manager Supervisor II will be an integral part of the team due to the responsibility of overseeing the team and processes that will help drive the business; you should have strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and not be afraid to manage both people and processes to achieve and maintain client success.

Other key skills required for this role include:

  • A minimum of 6 years of financial services experience and a minimum of 2 years direct people management and account management experience; preferably in a Corporate Trust, Account Management or related field
  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, identify areas of opportunity to make improvements, collaborate with support teams to design, test and implement process changes
  • Capable of monitoring a department’s operational processes, identifying when resource adjustments are needed in order to accomplish the objectives by the set deadlines and provide collaboration with other people managers to effect those resource adjustments
  • Proficient in developing and executing business strategies tied to a common vision, to maximizes revenue and profitability
  • Skilled at communicating with all levels in the organization and conveying a clear message so that the organization to make appropriate decisions and necessary actions to be taken

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This base pay range is specific to Charlotte, NC and may not be applicable to other locations.
