Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Carrier Management Coordinator to join our team at IMA Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing carrier relationships, coordinating notifications, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of contracts, broker IDs, and portal access. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrier Management: Regular updating and management of the carrier management tool to ensure an accurate log of carriers established with IMA Inc.
  • Notification Strategy & Review: Determine approach to carrier notifications specific to each contract merge. Review the wording for notifications before they are sent out to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Contract Management: Collect and record executed contracts, and communicate future amendments or changes for IMA Primary and Market Subgroup.
  • Broker ID Management: Collect and record appointed producer broker IDs.
  • Portal Access Coordination: Coordinate portal access for primary accounts and market access, and manage portal access to ensure full understanding of access permissions.
  • Broker ID Sharing: Collect and share IMA Inc. broker IDs and agency numbers with relevant parties.
  • Manage Carrier SharePoint

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with carrier management tools and contract management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with IMA Inc.'s carrier management processes and tools.

Salary Range
$45,000$55,000 USD
